-completed tapes are securely stored offsite with Iron Mountain.
-main campuses communicate through a legacy dedicated frame relay network maintained locally by their IT departments which have a special arrangement with their local ISP.
-remote access to the development, Q/A, or production environments is strictly forbidden accept for a secure website (internally hosted by IT) where customers can securely log in and download their latest patches and updates.
