making Assessment

Management report 2020-2021

You are required to write a report about the key decision-making scenarios that the real estate company WeWork is facing amid the coronavirus outbreak and various lawsuits by using conceptual insights, factual information, and empirical evidence drawn from reliable sources in an analytical manner. Your report should offer the executive and management teams at WeWork specific recommendations based on your analysis.

You are provided with a selection of sources in the assessment folder on BUSI1702 Moodle page to help you establish a basic understanding of the decision-making context.

You are expected to carry out independent research on the scenario, synthesise information and evidence that you have found, and present your arguments (not generic views) in the tutorials that are assigned to assessment support.
